The National Treasure Question

Imagine for a moment that availability of government funding was not in question in Government Health Care.  Imagine that you had the possibility of personally receiving the entire annual government budget each year, worth trillions, in the form of health insurance that could only be spent on you.  Would you take it?

While no one can live forever, your Government Health Care trillions would stave off almost all diseases well beyond your 100 years of life.  As you aged beyond that, surgeries would see you through difficult times, perhaps to 105 years of age.  At 110 years of age, you would be approaching the oldest human on Earth, and would be honored in Washington D.C. as a National Treasure.

But at a certain age, despite all the money you have taken from taxpayers and from seizing printed money, your state starts to decline beyond the reach of medical science.  At 115 years of age, the trillions in health care policy that you possess begins to be used on desperate and risky operations to try to keep you alive.  Many of the innovative surgeries are painful.  By 120 years of age you start to object to the Government Health Care, but to no avail.  The State points out that you chose to take the health care insurance, so you don't have a choice to not receive the: medicines, surgical operations, and National Treasure goals of the government.

After a while, you start to wonder if it was wrong to sign up for the windfall Government Health Care opportunity, and at the same time financially devastate and destroy an entire country.

The Final Executive Order

In the United States of America there has been an alarming development that mostly started with Barack Obama.  He began the common assertion of the President issuing "Executive Orders".  In practice this evolved into radical reversals of law - with them changing drastically every time a different political party gained the Presidency.  This has gotten out of hand.  For the sake of long-term adherence to law and to prevent bad Presidents from destroying this country for 4 years, it must be stopped!

America has just elected a new, moral President with a sweeping mandate.  In my opinion, I think that what President Trump will achieve in his second Presidency will make him the Greatest President in American History.  This is why I think that now is the right time to shore up the country with all moral and correcting Executive Orders, and then, finally, close the book on that practice for good.

It is necessary to make sure that America gets all the right laws it deserves.  The Constitution will be respected; but Obama and Biden have made such a mess of our government that it is proper for President Trump to make it right before ending the possibility of more executive legislation.  Americans fought The Revolutionary War to have the opportunity to found a new code of law and government.  In England, The Glorious Revolution swept in new laws and a new government, and also had another name: The Bloodless Revolution.

President Trump is going to have a lot to do on January 20th, 2025 at 12:00 PM.  I suggest he have two papers for his signature: the first for the big stack of Executive Orders, and the second that ends that power by the Executive Branch for all future time.

Obviously, this does not stop the potential for change in law.  The American Judiciary can still make rulings.  And, American Legislators can pass law.  It is just that the American President will not have most of the power of all 3 branches.

A Hybrid Objectivist - U.S. Constitutional Government

As I have been writing in my blog, an Objectivist government according to the philosophy of Ayn Rand only has 5 political functions:

    (1) Police
    (2) Military
    (3) Judicial
    (4) Diplomatic
    (5) Treasury

Objectivism does not give legitimacy to anything else.  On the other hand, Ayn Rand and the philosophy of Objectivism is a huge proponent of the U.S. Constitution which does grant legislative powers to defined political bodies - those being the Senate and House of Representatives.

I have been searching through my books and using the aynrand.org website to try to find some quotes I remember reading by Ayn Rand about her endorsing an American government with legislation because she writes that that is the way the Founding Fathers set it up.

In essence, it would be unconstitutional for the Supreme Court to uphold DOGE cutting all of Congress.  But, looking on the bright side, it may not be an entirely bad thing to see democrats running to the courts to argue for the upholding of the Constitution.

Position Maintenance Tribunals

If anyone has a question about the legality of removing a former government official from a position, the source of pay should be considered.  Government produces nothing.  Generally, the political positions are funded by taxes from a private individual's pocket, or inflationary cash from those who hold onto public money.

There are only five legitimate sectors of government: police, military, judicial, diplomatic, and treasury.  All other government should be completely abolished.  In some cases, the five sectors will be overhauled partially, despite their fundamental legitimacy.  Examples of political fiascos that DOGE may want to look at are:

    (1) The weaponizing of the FBI against citizens including Trump
    (2) The Afghanistan pullout
    (3) Inviting Russia to invade Ukraine
    (4) Spoon feeding the war in Ukraine to make it last a long time
    (5) Giving Iran billions which led to October 7th in Israel
    (6) The fostering of the woke movement in the Armed Forces
    (7) Judicial rulings to sentence democrats' political enemies from Jan. 6th
    (8) Diplomatic threats to cut off military supplies to Israel
    (9) Causing inflation by printing massive amounts of money

As I explained above, Trump and DOGE (if Trump authorizes it) have the authority to cut government positions.  Since when do bureaucrats who do bad things deserve a paycheck out of our money?

A DOGE Objectivist Philosophy

The newly formed Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) should have a defined moral philosophy.  I am of the school of Objectivist Philosophy, developed by Ayn Rand, which stands for a political system that is a Constitutionally Limited Republic.

Ayn Rand wrote in her book Capitalism: The Unknown Ideal in the Appendix chapter The Nature of Government the following quote:

"The proper functions of a government fall into three broad categories, all of them involving the issues of physical force and the protection of men's rights: the police, to protect men from criminals - the armed services, to protect men from foreign invaders - the law courts, to settle disputes among men according to objective laws."

The most renown authority on Ayn Rand's philosophy, appointed by her as her intellectual heir before she passed away, explained that there would have to be two more department types for a moral Objectivist government to function - those being: diplomacy and treasury.  But that's it!  There is no further form of moral government.

So, with legitimate government understood, it is easy to know what departments are DOGE Allies.  To begin:

The initial question at DOGE should not be: "What does America cut in government?".  The first question should be: "What government departments does America not cut?".

A Federal State ID, DOGE, and Private Roads

Immigration and future voting law is going to require State ID, whether that is a Federal State ID (i.e., an American Identification), or one or more of the current state's identifications.

It has been said that illegal immigrants are a potential problem because: "we don't know who those people are".  Some could be criminals, terrorists, or foreign agents.  If an illegal alien has no ID, it is difficult for the police to relate to the immigrant or do their function.  If there is no photo, scannable data record, and address of residence, then the police are extremely limited.

Yesterday, President-Elect Trump outlined his new plans for forming the Department of Government Efficiency.  I call DOGE: Dismantling Overblown Government Efficiently.  It is tasked with cutting government that should not exist.  Assuming government still retains its legitimate functions: military, police, judiciary, diplomacy and treasury, removing illegitimate government will bring great progress for Americans.

When a typical individual is asked about what the embodiment of government inefficiency is, one often says: the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles).  They do provide a photo ID, but there shouldn't be driver's licenses.  A Federal State ID could cover the function of documentation and a picture that can be used in many situations: public or private.

The argument for government driver licensing can be defeated if roads were made private.  All public roads (except the ones in legitimate government, such as at military bases) could be auctioned and the proceeds could be returned to prior income tax payers.  With present technology, private Road Tycoons can easily solve any problems that arise in running their road businesses.  Advanced GPS and the dawn of autonomous vehicles make conducting the auction timely.  The conversion of public roads to private property also creates a situation that if an individual obtains property from a bid on a road system, there is no law saying that the winner of an auctioned property has to keep all the roads as roads.  He could dig up the concrete in some road sections and build houses where those streets used to be.

In future months I will be trying to help DOGE in the effort to restore a Constitutionally Limited Republic.  I think the greatest victories will be when entire departments that are identified as being completely illegitimate are eliminated.

Trump Should Say He Will Pardon Our Greatest Patriots Now

The democrat cheaters robbed America of four years of economic growth and world peace.  When it became apparent that the democrats were conducting an insurrection that would take over the U.S. government, Republican patriots were sent forth to peacefully and patriotically make their voices heard.  It was unfortunate that instigators baited the Republicans into going into the Congressional building and making a minor mess.

The democrats' response to this "January 6th Insurrection" led to mass arrests and incarcerations that were extremely unjust.  Basically, the argument behind all of the charges was that the democrats had to prosecute those individuals, otherwise they may not succeed in intimidating the rest of the U.S. population.

These "January 6th Insurrectionists" are some of MAGA's greatest patriots.  I am glad that there has already been partial justice done since then.  But, it would be a grave tragedy if the ones still being incarcerated around the country are not let go as soon as possible.

For this reason, I hope President-Elect Trump announces that he will be pardoning all of them once he is in office.  Any grounds that may be warranting continued imprisonment to the present day have long ago been paid.

Immigration Policy Before Day One

As President Donald J. Trump follows up on his campaign promise to launch the biggest deportation operation in U.S. history, I think the Trump Administration is going to need a dose of realism.

During the election campaign, I heard the Trump camp say that about 21 million illegal immigrants have come across our border while Biden occupied The White House.  When added to the number of illegal immigrants who were already here, they could be north of 40 million.

Now, in Trump's deportation operation, perhaps he will transport 2 million people back across the border.  I don't see the government deporting more than that because of the cost.  To deport an individual illegal immigrant in a humane way, it often will require flying one to the country where that individual came from and chaperoning the person to one's town of origin.

I want to congratulate Trump on his idea to have a mandatory policy of 10 years in prison if a deportee returns to the U.S.  I think that that disincentive to nullify the country's efforts will have a very positive effect.

Now, there is a topic that I want to touch on - that being illegal immigrant law.  If there are 40 million illegal immigrants in the U.S. right now, as I suspect there are, and if the Trump Administration only has resources to deport 2 million, then there have to be policies in place on how the domestically residing illegals are to be treated.  I support completely cutting off all forms of welfare to illegals.  That would save an enormous amount of money.  But what would that do to the individuals in this country who are not going to be humanely deported?

If America were to say: "You are here 5,000 miles from home with no money.  But we are not going to deport you, and neither will we let you work to support yourself financially."  Isn't that an incredibly malicious vice to put an individual into?

For this reason, I advocate recognizing illegals' Freedom to Work and defining that as any productive activity that can be contracted with another person who one trades with.

I see President Trump's point that illegal immigrants should not be rewarded for their border violating crime.  But if certain tens of millions of illegals are not going to be deported anyway, for benevolence sake, Let Them Live!

Kamala is Like Hitler

Throughout the Biden White House occupation, the Democrats and much of the no-longer mainstream media often threw accusations that were not only wrong, but in fact the exact opposite of true.  The ultimate example, of course, was the Biden "victory" in the 2020 election.  There were many, many more - such as a January "insurrection" that was actually a protest to the Democrat insurrection.

Today, I heard of yet another Big Lie that I want to devote this blog to debunking.  The no-longer mainstream media and Kamala are claiming that Trump is like Hitler.  They also say he is fascist.  As an avid Objectivist scholar, I have read 165 books promoted by the official Ayn Rand endorsed book catalogs.  Hitler ran for power in a German election.  His party was actually called the national socialist party that was prevalent there.  Now look at Kamala.  She is so socialist that it is more accurate to call her communist.  Her father was a communist professor who followed Karl Marx.  When compared to U.S. Senators, from which she was once a member, she is said to be ideologically left of Bernie Sanders and perhaps left of all Senators in our history.

Trump is a Businessman.  His mannerisms and charisma may seem hotheaded sometimes.  But, he is ideologically Capitalistic.  Trump sincerely wants Free Markets.  When he sees socialism, his style is to clamp down on that other country until the state gives up the anti-capitalistic practices.  But he desperately wants total Capitalism.

Kamala on the other hand wants: higher taxes, more inflation, more regulations, more government control over our lives, and a communist America.

I also heard the accusation that Trump is fascist.  Socialism, communism, and fascism are all really very similar.  They all involve massive economic confiscation and personal government control.  It is not Trump, but Kamala who is a Big Fascist.

So, you see, the next time you hear a news opinion that Trump is like Hitler, one should edit what you just witnessed with the truth: Kamala is like Hitler.

Why Objectivists Should Vote For Trump

After developing most of her philosophy, Ayn Rand tried influencing America politically through the politics of an election with the Goldwater campaign.  That Republican candidate lost by a big margin.  Rand then reevaluated her view of Republican politics and took a stand against future support of that party.  The following blog is my own personal philosophy regarding the question: "Should Objectivists vote Republican?".

I want to start by saying that I am an Objectivist voter.  If I knew of any Objectivist candidates, I would almost certainly vote for them.  However, I have never heard of any running who show up on my ballot; so I am faced with the dilemma: "Do I let a really bad candidate win, or vote for one that I evaluate as not as bad?".  I have heard the topic of Objectivist candidacy brought up by one prominent Objectivist more than once, and the argument is always that it would be impractical because the Objectivist would almost certainly lose.  This may be true at this time.  However, even if the candidate only carried 10% of the vote, it would give us Objectivists someone we really want to vote for.  And, not only that, the Objectivist candidate could use one's campaign as a platform to speak up for Ayn Rand's philosophy.

So, on November 5th, I won't be voting for Objectivists on my ballot.  Why?  Because there aren't any!  This brings us to the practical argument that either Republicans or Democrats will probably win most of the races.  For the sake of brevity, just consider the Presidency.  According to Objectivism, Donald Trump is not perfect.  But, should I ignore the nature of Kamala Harris just because Ayn Rand would have wanted to hold out for something more?  Harris, whose father was a communist professor, and philosophically is the opposite of almost everything Ayn Rand held dear?

Personally, I cannot see America become destroyed because prominent Objectivists want to make a point before they try to win the country back.  For this reason, I am going to vote for Donald J. Trump, and encourage all Objectivists to do the same.

Popularity is a Poll

In the 2024 presidential campaign, former President Trump is cris-crossing the country to give speeches at rallies in different states.  Most of his events draw crowds of tens of thousands of supporters, with many upwards of 40 or 50 thousand.  This last weekend, at his return to Butler County to finish the speech where he had been shot, it was estimated that Trump drew 100,000 people.

Democrat candidate, Harris, on the other hand, rarely ventures out to give speeches or makes herself available to the press for interviews.  I can only remember one event where Harris had over 2,000 people attending.  And, that was a combined show with a performer where the Democrats coordinated a couple thousand people to be bused in.

Americans keep hearing about the polls often conducted by the no-longer mainstream media.  They usually claim that Harris and Trump are running about even, and it could go either way.  This is ridiculous!  The American people just need to look at the crowd estimate comparisons between the two candidates to know that Trump is way ahead.  Popularity is a poll - in fact probably the best poll we have.  Americans will vote for who they like.  And, truthfully, very few of us like Kamala Harris.

Harris Victories in "Blue States" Not Predetermined

The "no-longer mainstream media" likes to report on Trump's progress with his rallies in what they call the "Swing States".  For some reason, those media companies claim that many of the 50 states are destined to go Democrat.  According to them, these so called: "Blue States" are populated by unthinking, Kamala Harris drones.  They assume the Americans who live there do not have free-will, being unable to judge and individually decide for themselves who to vote for.

I think I understand the Democrat strategy.  When the remnants of the election fraud system kick into play on the night of November 5th, and most of the "Blue States" are called for Harris, few will question the verdict - as those states were expected to go Democrat all along.

But, in fact, Americans do think, choose, and can change their minds.  So, perhaps the question should not be: "How many 'Swing States' will Trump carry?".  But, instead, "Will Harris win anything at all?".

A Graduated Deportation System

Donald J. Trump has stated that he intends to deport all illegal immigrants who are in America.  He then says that the serious criminals will be sent back first, some going to foreign prisons.  This Stage One criminal extraction might take a long time.  The subject of this blog is what to do once that stage is completed.

A big controversy is the topic of illegal immigrants voting in elections.  If illegals were allowed to vote, it could encourage a political party with the upper hand in the illegal immigrant population to enact policies and take actions that cause more illegality, such as flying in about a million illegal immigrants by plane (which really happened).  Trump's campaign touts the policy of Common Sense.  If a Venezuelan citizen, who happens to be in America on election day could vote here, it would contradict the concept of geographic illegality that is in fact the illegal's status.  Since this widespread assertion that illegal immigrants can vote if they are here is causing so much expanding illegality, I think Stage Two in the Trump administration's policy should be to deport those illegals who try to vote.  This could even be applied retroactively because if one is illegally here and votes in such a way to alter the resulting law through electing candidates that represent not the legal population, but the illegal one, too, then the political environment would be a flawed democracy.

When deportations of illegal immigrant voters start to wind down, it will be time for the Trump Administration to advance to Stage Three.  All illegals who accept welfare from government should be deported.  Since government welfare originates in the possession of the American taxpayer, it violates Common Sense to give a pass to someone who is here illegally and assumes the role of a parasite at an American's involuntary expense.

Concerning Stage Three, I do want to express my views on illegal immigrant work.  There are tens of millions of illegals in this country.  Many are not serious criminals or illegal voters.  Since it will take a long time to progress to the stage of deporting the welfare recipients, perhaps some illegal immigrants will find a way to independently provide for themselves.  To tell a person that one cannot work is a very malicious act.

Another economic point is that a worker who is hired, at a lower wage than another applicant, is not harming the economy of the business environment in which one resides.  It actually does the opposite.  An America that continues with a minimum wage law, and artificial economic interventions, causes problems like more inflation.  A worker who suddenly finds oneself earning more from a minimum wage may lose sight of the many lowest-cost labor produced products' prices that go way up which one will have to spend one's money on to live.

Trump Rally Picture an Iwo Jima of Our Time

In the Pacific Theater of WWII, there was an intense battle over the island of Iwo Jima.  A very famous picture was taken there of American soldiers putting forth effort to raise an American flag on the island.

Seconds after the Donald J. Trump assassination attempt, in Butler County, Pennsylvania, there was also a picture taken that has become very famous.  It shows American Secret Service personnel positioned around Trump, lending their effort to keep him afloat and protected.  But there is one difference.  Instead of American soldiers raising a flag, Trump is the Flag.

I encourage everyone to find this picture.  It is not hard to do.  I have seen it all over the Internet, and even on tee shirts that people are selling.  It shows what looks like a flagpole rising up over the huddled group.  Trump's fist is raised high and appears as though he is holding a string that is the last thing stopping the American Flag from totally inverting and flying away in the wind.  With blood streaming down his cheek from the wound, the video of this moment shows him chanting: "Fight! Fight! Fight!".  Truly an inspiration to be awarded your vote for President.

Trump Took a Bullet for the Country

Donald J. Trump held a MAGA campaign rally in Butler County, Pennsylvania.  As with many of his rallies, tens of thousands of people attended to hear Trump speak and lend their support to the MAGA movement.  While on the stage, Trump spoke and happened to turn his head to the right, when a sniper assassin fired a bullet at him that pierced his ear.  As Trump ducked for cover behind the podium, Secret Service men and women dove over him to try to absorb any further shots from the rogue assassin's gun.  When Trump stood up again, blood flowed down his cheek.  His fist pumped in the air, as he echoed: "Fight! Fight! Fight!".  The MAGA audience rose to their feet and roared.  In fact, Trump struggled with the Secret Service, as he tried to fight his way back to the podium to be with his people.  But, security prevailed; and Trump was carried towards a waiting car to take him to a secured location, so he could be checked out by medical professionals.  The most amazing thing to me is the last sight of him as he was guided into the vehicle.  Despite the blood and danger, his fist is held high--a defiant candidate, a patriot that I could call President.

After seeing the former and future leader's grace under fire, I sent $100 to his campaign.  I encourage every patriotic American to donate and vote for this great man.  Trump took a bullet for the Country!

Trump Has Already Been President Once

The "no longer mainstream media" likes to accuse Donald Trump of having policies and a platform that are distasteful to Americans.  They call him Hitler.  They claim he will start WWIII.  They claim he leads the "terrible" MAGA: "Make America Great Again" movement, which, just judging by its name doesn't seem so bad to me.

But there is one sure way to uncover what his 47th Trump Presidency will look like.  One only has to look at his 45th one.  Trump has already been President once.  So, it is not a mystery to guess what he will stand for again.  Just like before, the economy will be greatly improved.  Border issues will begin to be solved.  Peace will break out in the Middle East, and indeed, the world.

Trump's Presidential record already rivals that of Washington and Jefferson in American history.  I hope the country will give that great man the opportunity to extend it.
